“Andy replaced a missing extinguisher and serviced another in an office we’d just moved into. He did this like a ninja while we were out at lunch. I returned to find the existing extinguisher replaced by a brand new one. I queried it with Andy who told me that the old one had expired in 2007! So he simply installed a brand new one – but wouldn’t charge any extra. So you get the idea about the level of service provided. Andy’s people also replaced smoke alarm heads in the office to find the old legacy fire alarm system mis-wired. Took a few hours to fix it but it now works – probably for the first time in the 25+ years since these offices were built.
